The building provides the perfect blend of comfort and professionalism, with a welcoming barista available in the lobby from 7am to 4pm every day. The lobby is situated with a view of the oak tree and garden in the middle of the precinct so your coffee will always come with a beautiful view!
24/7 Security
Our building is monitored 24/7 by security guards and we have roving patrols to ensure the safety of our tenants. We provide access tags for our tenants, which allows them to enter the building and their designated areas with ease. In addition, we have a dedicated full-time facility manager who is available to assist tenants with any security issues. Our building is accessible 24 hours a day, so tenants can access their workspaces whenever they need to.
Community Events
We’ve recently fully furnished, decorated and equipped the rooftop entertainment terrance. We’ve made sure there are bar and braai facilities – allowing us South Africans to do what we do best! The deck looks over the oak tree to the north and it offers unobstructed views of the surrounding suburbs towards the east. It is the perfect place to host afternoon sundowners, an office braai or a client event.

Bespoke Barrows in Rosebank 19 9th street, Oxford & Glenhove welcomed our company in 2021. It has since become a home away from home.
This glass building is absolutely breath taking, it’s clean and well maintained.
The manicured gardens are a sight for sore eyes.

Our company has been in Bespoke By Barrow’s Oxford & Glenhove building for almost 2 years. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience we’ve had in this time.
The offices are well designed and comfortable to work in. Board rooms are well fitted from a tech perspective and have made it easy for us to work across geographies. One of the standout features is that the internet is very fast and consistent – essential for our business continuity.
The reception area is aesthetically pleasing, and excellent coffee is available. The space opens out onto an outdoor area and overlooks a huge tree with seating beneath it. The rooftop entertainment area offers wonderful views and has fridges, countertops and 2 braais – perfect for entertaining.
One of the standouts of our experience at Bespoke By Barrow is the exceptional office manager, Tarryn Nagooroo. She and her team’s commitment to ensuring our needs are met with professionalism and a smile is unique when compared with other serviced offices.
