Our building is monitored 24/7 by security guards and we have roving patrols to ensure the safety of our tenants. We also provide access tags for our tenants, which allow them to enter the building and their designated areas with ease. In addition, we have a dedicated full-time facility manager who is available to assist tenants with any security issues. Our building is accessible 24 hours a day, so tenants can access their workspaces whenever they need to.

We have been tenants at Bespoke by Barrow in Waverley for three years and during that time we have had nothing but pleasant experiences. The flexibility of the Barrow team to accommodate our changing requirements was very helpful to our business.
The on-site coffee station and meeting facilities means that it is a pleasure to have clients over in a park setting close to the Rosebank and Sandton hubs. Having the landlord on site 24/7 also separates Bespoke from all the other flexible office offerings.
